Join me each Friday at 9am as we move & breathe, we find the opportunity to release and reconnect to our own nature. Expect slow flow movement and breath awareness. Time to slow down, restore and replenish. 60 minute class. All levels welcome, as we will find ways to accommodate what is possible for each person.
