We meet on Zoom twice a week, Monday and Thursday at 9am. These 45-minute sessions are dedicated to easing your body and calming your mind. Our focus is on enhancing mobility, building strength, finding balance, and cultivating an overall sense of well-being. Recordings provided for home practice.
