Restorative Yoga in Bale village, North Norfolk. Hosted at the Village Hall, Sharrington Road, Bale, NR21 0QY. Prepare yourself for a slow, restful session where you are your own priority. Time to rest and reconnect with your sense of self and own true nature.
Focusing on the principles of ease, stillness, quiet, warmth and an expansion of time and space. I look forward to meeting you.

Restorative Yoga is a practice of maximum comfort and ease and can be enjoyed by everyone.
Please bring a Yoga (or Pilates) mat, a Yoga bolster if you have one, your own personal eye cover and anything else for your comfort i.e extra blankets, cushions etc. I also have bolsters you can borrow.
