In our Morning Yoga online sessions you will experience reclining, seated, hands and knees or standing poses. A blend of backbends, forward bends, twists and balances are brought into a sequence influenced by the flow of breath.

Morning Yoga classes are offered online. You place your mat in a place of least distraction, set up your digital device and connect. A focus on building and rebuilding connection to yourself, with patience, breathing well and by softening, strength and stability can be gained.
