Frequently Asked Questions

  • I'd like to try a 'Daily Practice' yoga or meditation session, what do I need?

To join a Daily Practice yoga or meditation session a yoga mat, cushion and a blanket are useful but not essential. You just need a relatively quiet space free from distractions.

For Restorative Yoga you will need a few items to support the body so the body can relax i.e. a yoga bolster, blocks, strap, eye pillow, 2 or 3 blankets. You can improvise with 2 bed pillows, a dressing gown cord, cushions, a light scarf and a few blankets. You will need a quiet space free from distractions.

  • How do I register to join a class?

Visit our online classes page, where you will see a link to register for each class. When you register you may attend all or some of the classes in that 12 week course. If you wish to attend various days of the week then please register for each one separately.

  • Do I need any special webcams or devices to take part?
