TERMS & CONDITIONS
Soulful Nature processes payment via PayPal, this is our preferred method as it is safe and secure
for our customers and for us. We process orders once we have received authorisation of
payment from PayPal.
Orders for virtual products are processed within a few hours of purchase. Orders for physical
products are processed within 2-3 days of receipt and of payment authorisation from PayPal. At
busy times of the year, such as Christmas, please allow 5-7 days for us to dispatch your order. If
an item is out of stock or there is an unforeseen delay we will email you to discuss your options.
In the UK we use Royal Mail First Class postage or free ‘local collection’ option.
Orders under £45.00 – £4.00 standard postage
Orders over £45.00 – FREE postage
Each item is wrapped in tissue and brown paper. We will carefully package your items to keep
them safe in transit. There is an option for free local collection by arrangement. If you are
considering local collection it may be useful to know our location is North Bedfordshire, UK.
We do not currently have the provision to ship to Europe, USA or ROW, please enquire.
GUARANTEE & RETURNS POLICY
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase and please know all items are checked for
quality prior to sending. However, in the unlikely event of you receiving a faulty item you have
the right to return the goods for a replacement or refund. In this instance please contact us within
14 days of receipt.
Any items to return should be in the original condition with original packaging. Please contact us
prior to returning any item and we will send our returns address. You are responsible for return
postage and we recommend using registered post.
You have 14 days to cancel your order if you simply change your mind.
It may take up to 14 days to process your refund. Payment will be made via the method you
used. We will keep in touch and let you know when your parcel has been received and a refund
