Each month we sit quietly for 7 days @ 7am for 30 minutes before our day begins. Coming to sit, lighting a candle, introducing an essential oil or whatever brings your focus. Bring your cup of tea if you wish. If you only make it on some days, so be it.
Sitting quietly on a regular basis can lead to an increased experience of calm and relaxation, higher levels of energy and enthusiasm for life.
Here you will have the support of being in a group. You choose to sit or lie down depending on what’s needed in that moment.
