This Introduction to Meditation is a short course delivered over 6 sessions via Zoom, it includes recordings of our guided meditations to download, keep and practice at home.

Tuesday 30th November & Thursday 2nd December

During our time together we will look at various aspects of meditation. To include : developing a formal practice, becoming aware of moments for informal practice, why meditate, how to settle, using breath as an anchor, mindful awareness of thoughts, aspects of wellbeing, rest and ease in the body.

An option to join Restorative Yoga day time sessions during the same weeks as the course, which I highly recommend to really settle and distill your practice in the body. Restorative Yoga sessions run on Mondays 12.15noon and Thursdays 5.15pm.
