This is a virtual Restorative Yoga session for one person.
There may be times when an individual appointment is more beneficial than a group class. Restorative Yoga is a therapeutic practice for wellbeing. A practice to sooth the nervous system, relieve stress, relax and rebalance the emotions, which can be particularly useful when you wish to work through health challenges and return to optimum wellbeing.
Use a solid oak block to create an ‘oil station’ wherever you regularly use essential oils. Keep favourites together in the bathroom, bedroom, kitchen or next to the diffuser.
