Yoga is for everyone, if you have some experience or you are a complete beginner you are equally welcome as adaptations are offered to accommodate individual needs.
Gentle Hatha Yoga helps bring awareness to your own body, in a calm and supported way. You can expect slow movement with gentle, clear and simple instructions.
In our gentle Hatha Yoga classes you can experience reclining, seated, hands and knees or standing poses. A blend of backbends, forward bends, twists and balances are brought into a sequence influenced by the flow of breath.
With a clear focus and a regular practice you can begin to feel more balanced emotionally, taking good care of yourself on purpose.
Gentle Hatha Yoga classes are offered online. You place your mat in a place of least distraction, set up your digital device and connect. A focus on building and rebuilding connection to yourself, with patience, breathing well and by softening, strength and stability can be gained. You will be spending valuable time nurturing your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. I look forward to meeting you.
It has been a huge pleasure and privilege for me to be able to join Fran online, both because I am shielding and also because I live too far away now to join in person. I just hope the Zoom sessions go on forever. The level, style and pace are just right for me and it’s lovely to be part of the group which includes some dear friends.
I feel very much cared for in Fran’s online class. She knows I will take my time and her guidance is very clear. This is very good for me. When we were unable to join a class in person Fran quickly adapted to online yoga classes. She gave us the confidence to continue our own practice at home and I have really felt the benefit from being able to come to online classes.
My grandchildren love their yoga and it all started with you Fran. The youngest one even asked for a yoga kit for his birthday.
