Monthly Practice

Taking refuge and self reflection.

Regular monthly session to ease the body and quieten the mind. A practice to open up space to breathe well and rest, so the body can release tension and restore energy. 

 

Some experience of yoga is useful.

 

It will be good to have a mat, 2 blankets, 2 bed pillows, 2 scatter cushions, a scarf to cover your eyes, or any yoga equipment (such as a bolster, blocks etc)

Twice weekly 40 minute online easy yoga sessions where we move and breathe, to balance the energy of the mind and body.

 

Themes vary, but we always close with time resting in Savasana, under a blanket.

Take time in the week to rebalance your energy as I guide you to rest deeply with a simple focus of feeling well.

 

Invite the whole family to develop the life skill of caring for themselves, for when we feel rested our relationship with ourselves and others is improved.

A 60 minute appointment to discover how this therapeutic practice can ease the body and quieten the mind. 

 

A practice of resting in stillness, supported by props such as blankets and cushions, so the body can release tension and restore energy. Some experience of yoga is useful.

 

Useful to have a yoga mat, 2 blankets, bolster or 2 bed pillows, 2 yoga blocks & bricks, an eye cover.

 

5 sessions are recommended to experience the therapeutic benefits.

Individual sessions by appointment at a mutually convenient time in your week.
