ART FOR WELLBEING

Spending time creatively or outdoors can help us feel more balanced emotionally, a feeling that we are taking good care of ourselves, on purpose.
A creative practice, call it broadly ‘Art’, is one way to nurture your physical, mental, spiritual and emotional wellbeing. Our Art & Nature workshops help you develop ways to be well, re-establishing a connection with your own true nature.
This art class was far more than an art class, it was a wonderful experience for both the soul and mind. You held our old creative hands and taught us to find ourselves in a relaxing, non-judgemental manner. My inner creative self has been lit up!
The Art and Nature session was such a wonderful way to spend 90 minutes on a Friday. I found the time very calming and didn’t feel at all nervous about my lack of previous experience thanks to the very warm atmosphere of the group.
I had a great time this afternoon and I thank you for your guidance. It was really lovely to feel at ease while doing something I thought I was ‘not good’ at. To realise there is no good or bad, right or wrong with art. Hoping to try and find the time to allow more creative energy to flow onto paper!
